13 April 2012: Today is the one year anniversary of the launch of the Virtual Conference, showcasing recorded sessions and resources from Wounds International’s first conference held in Cape Town, South Africa last year.
With over 10,500 visitors from 116 countries, the Virtual Conference has been of benefit to a wide range of clinicians and professionals from wound care specialists to occupational therapists, as well as students. The site's aim was to allow delegates who attended the conference to review what they learnt, as well as allow those who were unable to attend to have access to the conference sessions and materials, as well as the exhibition stands.
All contents on the site are free and we are proud to have had the chance to better equip clinicians around the world in advancing wound care practice for the benefit of their patients.
We encourage you to continue to share these free resources with your colleagues and to use them in your clinical practice.
