The tenth annual meeting of the Austrian Society for Vascular Care on 22–23 September will focus on skills and competency in nursing with specific focus on wound care.

The conference will be held at the University of Vienna and will concentrate on pain management, care of older people with chronic wounds, infection and wound management, wound cleaning and dressings, and ethical and professional care topics.
